I agree with that guy, it isn't worth spending 600€ more buying the A7R because I'm not going to take advantage of its improvements (most people are not going to do it).

Maybe, some professional photographers would prefer to buy the A7R because of its advantages (36.4 MP against 24.3 MP) but the increase of megapixels not always suppose an increase in performance.

There's no doubt that both of them are great cameras (full frame sensor, mirrorless interchangeable-lens cameras, etc).
